At Axcelerate Gymnastics, we value providing individualized training to our athletes. Our small classes and experienced coaches are dedicated to working with each athlete to help them reach their personal goals, regardless of whether they are competing on a team or as an individual. Our coaches have extensive experience, having grown from their own athletic backgrounds to pursue judging and more.
Our interactive training sessions focus on developing critical skills like body awareness, acrobatic technique, conditioning, and game play. We also strive to instill a sense of competitiveness in each of our athletes. When they complete our program, we want our athletes to feel confident and ready to take on new challenges in and out of the gym.
Our preschool program offers morning and afternoon classes. This program has been creatively designed for young children 2 to 4 years of age to promote body awareness and self-esteem through gymnastic exercise. Our program aims to increase each child’s awareness and coordination through a developmental sequence of movements taught utilizing games, obstacle courses, special equipment, drills, and gymnastics in a playful and fun environment. Our coaches will guide your child through every class utilizing different setups and themes designed to stimulate learning and brain development.

These events consist of the vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and a floor for the girls. Events for the boys include floor exercises, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bars. Recreational gymnastics will help your child develop a lifelong love of fitness. TUMBLING
Our tumbling classes are offered for those athletes who want to train acrobatic skills only performed on the floor. In the first half of the class, the focus is on developing better strength/conditioning, flexibility, and basic tumbling skills. During the second half of the class, we will target specific skills that each participant would like to learn, improve, or perfect. Tumbling classes are excellent for cheerleaders needing extra tumbling, and the gymnast who would like more time on the floor exercise. Tumbling classes are geared toward athletes ages 8 & up. Previous gymnastics experience is required.
