About Cabarrus County Gymnastics

At CCG, we are proud to provide recreational gymnastics classes for boys and girls of all ages. Our programs are perfect for active toddlers aged 18 months to 18 years old looking to enjoy the sport of gymnastics. Our experienced coaches provide a safe and fun environment for children to explore the world of gymnastics. We understand that each child learns at their own pace and we are dedicated to helping them reach their full potential. Our classes offer the opportunity for children to develop physical, social, and emotional skills while having fun and making friends. We also provide an introduction to the sport of gymnastics and an opportunity to prepare for competitive gymnastics. At CCG, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our students. We offer a wide variety of recreational gymnastics classes for children of all ages to develop their skills and have fun. Our experienced coaches will provide a safe and fun environment for your child to explore the sport of gymnastics and reach their goals.

Day Camps
We offer day camps for K - 5th grade while schools are closed. Fun filled days of gymnastics, games, and field trips. Camp activities from 9am to 4pm. Must pre-pay and register in advance.

Parent / Tot
This class is a great way to introduce your toddler to gymnastics while also providing a little bit of fun and bonding time for you! The parent assists the child in the class. Beginning tumbling is introduced, and children are exposed to all equipment. Excellent for building skills in flexibility, balance, strength, and reading readiness.

Kinder 1 / Kinder 1A
Beginning tumbling and work on all equipment, scaled down to their size. Excellent for building skills in strength, flexibility, balance, and reading readiness.

Tumbling 1
No experience, beginner level trampoline & tumbling class. Students work on tumbling, proper techniques of jumps, cartwheels, handstands, twists, and seat drops.
