Ms. Esha Goyal had a dream that took years to come to fruition - to open a prestigious school of dance, which she named SAHAJ SCHOOL OF DANCE. The word 'sahaj' translates to 'simple', and this school provides an uncomplicated approach to learning dance. Knowing that "everything is possible if you believe in yourself," Esha was determined to share her knowledge and talent with those around her. Classes are kept small to ensure that each student receives individual attention and guidance. Instructors are dedicated to teaching proper rhythm, correct form and execution, good posture, and graceful movement. These skills help to build student confidence, which is enhanced by multiple performance opportunities throughout the year. By the time students graduate, they have learned to hold an audience's attention and have developed a strong sense of teamwork. SAHAJ SCHOOL OF DANCE has been a great success for Esha Goyal. Through her belief that "everything is possible if you believe in yourself," she has created an environment where students can learn to express themselves and grow in confidence. At Axcelerate Gymnastics, we value providing individualized training to our athletes. Our small classes and experienced coaches are dedicated to working with each athlete to help them reach their personal goals, regardless of whether they are competing on a team or as an individual. Our coaches have extensive experience, having grown from their own athletic backgrounds to pursue judging and more. Our interactive training sessions focus on developing critical skills like body awareness, acrobatic technique, conditioning, and game play. We also strive to instill a sense of competitiveness in each of our athletes. When they complete our program, we want our athletes to feel confident and ready to take on new challenges in and out of the gym.
