At the YMCA, we are passionate about helping kids to reach their potential. The YMCA offers swim lessons for babies and toddlers ages 6 - 36 months and their parents.  Playgroup classes are offered for children ages 6 - 18 months and parent-child classes are offered for children ages 18 months - 3 years.

This water introduction program helps the parent and the child get used to the water and see the pool as fun. 

SWIM LESSONS

Kid Zone Care is a drop-off child care program held at the YMCA. This program is specifically set up to help our members enjoy a workout knowing their child is secure, safe and well taken care of.

KID ZONE

Traditional YMCA Summer Day Camps are full-day summer camps held at YMCAs and community locations around the Triangle. These summer camps include a wide variety of activities such as swimming, games, arts and crafts and sports.
