Once upon a time, in the land of sweet tea and fried green tomatoes, also known as North Carolina, something extraordinary was happening. And it all had to do with its kids. These kids weren't just ordinary kids, oh no! They were gymnasts, dazzlers, flipping and soaring through the sky in a spectacle of uncanny agility. And who was leading this squad of youthful acrobats? None other than the Pineapple head Sir Tumble-a-lot, a mysterious character who had some hilarious tricks up his sleeve. He made the kids laugh with his funny pineapple hair and surprised everyone with his astonishing gymnastic stunts. He was known for his backward somersaults, forward rolls, and his signature move - the Pineapple Twist, which would leave the audience in fits of laughter. North Carolina was the perfect place for such an amazing spectacle. The beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and pristine beaches provided a stunning backdrop for their performances. And the Tar Heel State was never short of a crowd. After all, the locals loved their sweet tea, but nothing was sweeter than watching these talented kids perform their magical tricks. In North Carolina, the sun seemed to shine brighter, the grass seemed to grow greener, and the kids? Well, they flipped higher, twisted faster, and landed smoother than any other gymnasts in the world. And all under the watchful, twinkling eyes of the Pineapple head Sir Tumble-a-lot who was a sight to behold himself, stumbling and tumbling, always bringing a smile to everyone's face.

At TAG, our mission is to provide a safe, positive environment for our students to learn gymnastics skills, but also to feel inspired and empowered to take on any challenge they set their hearts to. We want to help them to create a foundation of greatness, no matter if that’s in the gym, on a field, in the classroom, or beyond. Our goal is to ensure that every student remembers their time with us, even if it’s for a short period. We are grateful for the chance to help our students reach their full potential.

At our gym, we take coaching seriously. Our coaches are highly trained and experienced, going through extensive training and assistant coaching before they lead their own classes. Each month, we have meetings to further develop their coaching skills and drills. We also make sure to keep our registration process open and available all year round, so you can enroll your child whenever you're ready! For parents, we also have a viewing area where you can observe your child's class. In light of the current COVID19 situation, we ask that you limit your viewing time to help keep everyone safe.
