In the sunny, vibrant state of North Carolina, where pine trees sway in the wind like backup singers at a rock concert, there thrives a team of super-duper, energetic cheerleaders. They are not your average group of kids; they are something else entirely! They're called the "Tar Heel Tumblers," named after the state’s famous nickname, "The Tar Heel State." These kids have the spirit of wild stallions, the grace of flamingos, and the energy of a squirrel after a caffeine binge. They cheer louder than a rooster at dawn and tumble better than a barrel going downhill. And did I mention their team mascot? Oh, it's a hoot! Literally! It's a giant, goofy-looking owl named Owlbert Einstein, who’s known to be a real ‘wise-quacker!’ Meet Li'l Lily, the smallest of the lot, but with a voice that could shake the stars out of the sky. She once rooted so hard for her team at a cheerleading competition, three judges thought there was an earthquake! Then there's Jumpin' Jack, who can leap so high he has to be careful not to knock satellites out of orbit! And let’s not forget Twistin' Tina, who can spin so fast, she often causes mini tornadoes and leaves the audience in a whirl! The Tar Heel Tumblers make cheerleading in North Carolina more than just a sport. It's a thrilling spectacle, a rollercoaster of fun and excitement. When they chant, cheer, and tumble, they bring the whole state together, proving that in North Carolina, spirit and laughter tumble hand in hand. No wonder the squirrels there are always so hyper! They're probably fans of the Tar Heel Tumblers too!

Nestled in 178 acres of lush woodland is a serene escape from the city, a place fondly known as Camp Swamp. This overnight Christian camp, located just two hours east of bustling Atlanta, has been serving as a peaceful retreat since 1992. We like to think of it as our own "little slice of heaven," offering a respite from the daily hustle and bustle, and inviting people to reconnect with nature and their spirituality. Our primary offering is a week-long summer camp, but we've expanded over the years to include more than just summer fun. As part of our mission to support families and churches, we now also host three family camps throughout the year, as well as four parent/child retreats. These events offer a chance for families to bond, parents to connect with their children, and individuals to grow in their faith. Moreover, our facilities are not exclusive to our organized events. Camp Swamp also offers rentals to schools, churches, universities, sports teams, and even business groups. Whether you're planning a camp, a retreat, or a team-building excursion, our serene setting and well-equipped facilities provide the ideal backdrop for an unforgettable experience.

At our gym, we take coaching seriously. Our coaches are highly trained and experienced, going through extensive training and assistant coaching before they lead their own classes. Each month, we have meetings to further develop their coaching skills and drills. We also make sure to keep our registration process open and available all year round, so you can enroll your child whenever you're ready! For parents, we also have a viewing area where you can observe your child's class. In light of the current COVID19 situation, we ask that you limit your viewing time to help keep everyone safe.
