Our founding director, Susan Byrd, opened the first studio in Mason, MI in September of 1992. Since then, we’ve grown to include a second studio in Williamston, MI. Our instructors are passionate about providing a great learning experience for our students. They stay up to date on the latest teaching trends by attending conventions and joining groups like CLI Studios. This education enables us to teach our students new approaches to their instruction and keeps things fresh and exciting. We take pride in providing a high level of dance instruction that is both mentally and physically healthy and fun. We believe that Dance Makes You Happy, and strive to make sure our students have a great experience and are having fun while learning.

Anita Saviko is a watercolorist from Williamston, MI whose specialty is Michigan lighthouses. She has painted in oils, china painting, acrylic, and gouache, but she prefers watercolors. Her professional debut was in 1998 as the featured artist at the Lansing Art Gallery, Lansing, MI. Anita has shown and taught art in area galleries and community education classes. Many of her works appear in corporate and private collections. Anita works to promote emerging area artists and develop the community art scene. Memberships are Great Lakes Lighthouse Keeper's Association, Shiawassee Art Center, Owosso, MI., Williamston Area Chamber of Commerce, and Williamston Citizens Art Committee.
