Private, semi-private, and family private swim lessons allow the participant to work at a personalized level to achieve swim goals.

Private Swim Lessons (1 to 4 people)

Students learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning two benchmark skills: Swim, float, and swim – sequencing front glide, roll, back float, and exit.



Swim Lessons - Preschool (Ages 3-5)

Join us for family-friendly Yoga at the Y. In this class, parent and child will move, shake and dance in energizing ways; followed by calming, age-appropriate yoga poses and breathing exercises. Light refreshments are included.

Stephanie, the head coach, and the gymnastics program are fantastic! She is incredibly knowledgable and gets to know the kids, assisting them in understanding the need of safety and proper body placement for the movement.

Excellent swim squad for children with an excellent coaching staff. And the Aqua / Land Zumba instructor alone is worth the membership fee; you must attend one of her lessons.
