Our ARORA program is designed to cater to the specific needs of those who are 55 and older, offering an array of health and fitness classes, as well as social and recreational activities.

Grown Up & Me Classes

AGE RANGE: All ages
Fun for kids. Easy for parents. Classes are held for your little ones during peak hours. Offered by age group, options include tumbling, dancing, yoga, sports, karate and more.

Kids Academy Classes

AGE RANGE: 5–8 and 9–13 years
Get all the energy and community of our most popular adult classes in a format created just for kids. Classes include LifeBarre Dance, SHRED, SOL yoga, Warrior Sculpt and Ringside.

I am a member of the Life Time gym on West. I feel incredibly lucky to attend a facility that is so complete and clean, and the staff members are so very professional, on Henderson Road in Columbus, Ohio. Although I've had the chance to use other gyms, none of them compare to Lifetime.
