The lakes of Michigan, from Superior to Huron, and rivers like the Grand and the Kalamazoo, are their playgrounds. Whether they're weaving through the weeping willows or whizzing past the waddling ducks, they're always up for a splash-tacular adventure. These kids can be seen battling fierce (well, not so fierce) river currents, or rescuing their sandwiches from cheeky seagulls, all while laughing and learning the art of the paddle. Lions Bear Lake Camp is dedicated to providing premier outdoor educational and recreational experiences to all persons, regardless of ability. We offer a variety of activities including swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, archery, arts and crafts, and team building. Our campers have the opportunity to explore nature while learning about wildlife conservation, environmental stewardship, and outdoor safety. We also host special events and activities throughout the year, such as overnight camping trips and field trips into some of Michigan’s most beautiful parks and forests.
