She can yodel, whistle, and mimic the chirping of every bird in the state. She sings while brushing her teeth, tying her shoelaces, and even when slurping her spaghetti. Her favorite pastime? Nestled in northwest Michigan, this beautiful campus is surrounded by two pristine lakes and quiet pines, creating a truly special and intangible atmosphere. It is a place where generations of students, from grades 3-12, and adults of all ages, come to experience and develop their creative talents in the various arts disciplines. The Interlochen Center for the Arts is the umbrella organization for the six unique programs, each of which has been designed to foster the appreciation of the arts within the community. These programs include Interlochen Arts Camp, Interlochen Arts Academy, Interlochen Online, Interlochen Public Radio, Interlochen Presents, and Interlochen College of Creative Arts.
