At Southern Maine TaeKwondo, we understand that physical, mental, and emotional growth are essential for a healthy, well-rounded lifestyle. Our instructors strive to improve students’ physical conditioning while also teaching them the five tenets of Tae Kwon Do: self-control, perseverance, integrity, courtesy, and indomitable spirit. We believe these important values help our students become stronger members of the community. At Southern Maine TaeKwondo, we’re dedicated to helping our students reach their full potential. Our instructors will work with each student individually to ensure they have the best possible experience. We’ll work with you to ensure you’re receiving the highest quality of instruction, and we’ll also provide you with the tools and resources needed to build a healthy and productive lifestyle. We’re confident that with our help, you’ll be able to reach your goals and become a better version of yourself.

Southern Maine Taekwondo
Students must earn at least a white belt before being allowed to spar. Students may use the schools equipment a few times before purchasing their own. Mouth Guards are provided by the students. Mouth Guards are not to be shared. Sparring equipment can be purchased through Southern Maine Taekwondo. Please see instructors before purchasing equipment to ensure the proper size. Students with improper sparring gear will not be allowed to spar for safety reasons.
