About Cheryl A. Sullivan’s School of Dance in Woburn, MA
At Cheryl A. Sullivan’s School of Dance, we have been investing in the art of dance instruction for nearly 40 years. Our instructors provide a variety of classes for our students, from early beginners to more advanced dancers. We even offer our students the chance to join our highly successful competitive teams and dance companies. Our competitive teams have achieved great success at regional competitions, often earning high rankings and special awards from judges. Additionally, our dance companies participate in workshops and conventions held by the Dance Teacher’s Club of Boston and other national organizations.
At Cheryl A. Sullivan’s School of Dance, we believe in helping our students reach their full potential and make the most out of their dance experience. We strive to provide our students with the highest quality of dance instruction, and to create an environment where they feel safe and supported while learning and perfecting their craft. Programs at Cheryl A. Sullivan’s School of Dance in Woburn, MA
BeAKid
Ballet/Jazz Combo. (Level 1)
A program for 5 and 6 year olds combining ½ hour ballet and ½ hour jazz. This allows the young dancer to experience basic ballet and jazz technique and introduces barre work using center floor. The jazz class allows the dancer to express themselves while it introduces a freestyle form of dance combining rhythm, coordination, strength, and emotion to a more popular beat of music.

BeAKid
Ballet/Jazz Combo. (Level 2)
For the 7 to 10 year old, while similar to the Level I combo class, this class includes both French and Cecchetti techniques taught in the ballet class and introduces Hip-Hop – Funk dance in the Jazz class.

Pointe
Ages 11 and up. Students must have at least 4 years of ballet training in order to audition. Offered to students developed in strength, coordination, and knowledge of ballet.
