Clean gym, Friendly staff...kids love the pool! There are plenty of classes to choose from. Overall a great place to go.
So appreciative of this Y! They did a fantastic job with the safety procedures surrounding COVID, sanitizing, and social distance. I'm comfortable using the bikes, treadmills, and weight room here. Staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. Maintaining good health during this time is crucial, and exercising lowers stress.
The YMCA is an excellent building. I adore the pool and the exercise room. When I arrive early in the morning, there is plenty of room for me to swim and work out. Pleasant staff and consistent cleanliness.
The staff was excellent, but they lacked a dry sauna or steam room, which are necessities in my book.
Excellent location with friendly, calm staff. The best gym on the cape for those seeking a peaceful environment to work out.
