    About Iron Rail Gymnastics Academy in Wenham, MA

    At Iron Rail Gymnastics Academy, we believe in the power of physical and mental growth. Our mission is to empower children of all ages and abilities to get fit, feel confident, and gain proficiency in gymnastics. Established in 1985, our school provides an exceptional educational experience in gymnastics, martial arts, and birthday parties to students in the surrounding communities. Our staff places a great emphasis on safety and enjoyment, and we offer both recreational and competitive programs for girls and boys. We are proud to be affiliated with USAG, AAU, and USAIGC. We look forward to helping your child reach their physical and mental potential!

    Mom & Me

    This program meets one time per week for 45 minutes. Toddlers and their Mothers/guardians run through a series of activities designed to stimulate, educate, and improve socialization.

    Preschool

    Our preschool programs are tailored for children ages three to five years old. These classes meet once per week for 45 minutes. We maintain a six-to-one-student-teacher ratio.

    Recreation

    Our recreational classes emphasize the learning of basic skills, as well as developing strength, flexibility, and self-confidence. These programs are designed for students who wish to participate in the sport of gymnastics on a recreational level.

    Cheer Tumblers

    This class is designed for girls who wish to learn skills such as cartwheels, round-offs, back handsprings, and back saltos. Classes utilize a wide variety of spotting harnesses and lead-up drills to ensure safety.

    Boys Tramp and Tumbling

    This class is designed for boys who are interested in learning basic or advanced tumbling and flipping. Classes utilize a wide variety of spotting harnesses and lead-up drills to ensure safety. Students are encouraged to develop strength, body control, and aerial awareness.
