Mary D04/13/20225I go to Artemis to supplement my long-distance triathlon and marathon training. My success is aided by the balance and flexibility I get from consistent practice, which also lowers my risk of overtraining and injury. The staff is friendly, the classes are interesting and current.
Kesha S06/15/20225Artemis is the ideal yoga studio if you're looking for a place that's friendly, fosters a feeling of community, is open to people of all skill levels, is extremely non-judgmental, and where teachers are happy to answer questions and help you advance in your practice. I began attending lessons here the first week they were open and have since completed over 250. They occasionally offer workshops, classes for children and teenagers, classes with live music, and they are always coming up with new concepts. Sha A05/18/20225Finding the ideal yoga studio took me a while, but I've done it at last! I can definitely pick the class that meets my needs and get in my practice for the day because there is SO much diversity in class kinds. You can tell how much the owner, Liz, cares about the wellbeing of her neighborhood since she is the epitome of perfection. Artemis is the place to go if you're looking for a yoga home.
Minda P05/17/20225I was a little anxious going to my first yoga lesson because I am so new to it. The front desk employees and instructors at Artemis are fortunately some of the most helpful and friendly individuals. There are a ton of different classes to pick from, yet nothing moves too quickly!
AJ E02/24/20225Amazing yoga studio is Artemis. Since there are so many different classes available, ranging from beginning to advanced, I really love going to class. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The studio itself is spotless, well-kept, and equipped with lockers, parking, and a shower if necessary. To anyone who is new to yoga or who is seeking a new challenge, I would suggest Artemis.
