I want to tell everyone about a really exceptional person who works as a personal instructor and teaches a variety of classes at the Gleason YMCA. Lena is her name. Lena is incredible! She mentors and prods individuals to take an active role in their wellness. Everything is done in a nurturing and gentle manner. She challenges people to give their best effort while letting them operate at their own pace. Everyone who enrolls in her classes will agree that the Y is incredibly lucky to have her. We are incredibly fortunate to have her!
This is a fantastic location for any type of workout, especially swimming gym. A fantastic, healthy crew makes it a pleasure every time!
I adore the gym. tidy facilities Excellent staff. There is plenty of good equipment in the gym, which is never overcrowded.
