Flag football offers all the physical, emotional, and social benefits of playing football, but without any physical contact. The game is always exciting and fast-paced, with teams of five competing against one another, providing lots of opportunities for engagement. Best of all, it's fun no matter your skill level.

    Programs at Nipmuc Flag Football in Upton, MA

    "Lil Ballers" Division - PRE-K/K

    This division is different than the other divisions and will play locally on Monday/Wednesday Nights in Upton & Mendon ONLY. This is designed to be instructional with practices and then a quick game. The coaches will teach the kids how to play flag football and have a great time doing it! At the end of the season, the kids will play their last practice/game on the turf fields just like the older kids! All Players will receive Reversible Patriots Jerseys!!
