We are passionate about teaching children of all ages the essential life skill of swimming. Our programs offer all levels of swim instruction, from basic lifesaving skills to competitive swimming. Programs at Bluefish at the Inn in Taunton, MA
BeAKid
Parent Tot Program
Parent Tot program is for toddlers who are twelve months through three years of age. Children are accompanied by a parent or adult into the water. Student to instructor ratio is 10 to 1. Toddler classes are 30 minutes long. Class instruction is in water adaptation, floating, and kicking.
BeAKid
Preschool Program
Preschool program is designed for children from three to six years of age who are ready to go in the water without a parent. Student to instructor ratio is 5 to 1. All preschool classes are 30 minutes long. One Fish - Introduction to basic breathing drills, blowing bubbles, floating and kicking. Two Fish - Emphasis is placed on kicking, breathing and self propulsion.

Children’s Program
Children’s program is designed for children from age six and up. Student to instructor ratio is 5 to 1 for Level 1, Level 1.5 and Level 2. The ratio for Level 3 and Level 4 is 6 to 1. Classes for Level 1, Level 1.5 and Level 2 are 30 minutes long and 45 minutes for Level 3 and Level 4.
