This is a program for the adult who wants to get a great workout while learning self defense, it combines the fighting arts from around the world, taking drills and techniques from each style to form the best system for street self defense.

TAI CHI CLASSES
If your looking for a low impact workout that works the whole body you will enjoy the Tai Chi Program, with the emphasis on flexibility, balance and internal strength building. Tai Chi is a well known exercise to relieve stress in a relaxing workout. Beginner students learn the short "24 Step" form. Advanced students learn the long form "Combined Tai Chi" and Tai Chi Sword. Fitness for the body AND mind!
