Little Ones Childcare of Sterling

The infants in our program are incredibly precious to us. We provide them with a warm and nurturing environment where they will be loved and adored by our experienced staff. Our clean and secure "Infant Only" room is the perfect place for your child to begin experiencing colors, sounds, and textures. The first fifteen months are crucial to your child's development. Our teachers will encourage your infants to move, feel, and express themselves. The bonds they form at this gentle age will help build trust with our teachers and set them up for a successful beginning to their education in our Toddler program!

You love your little toddler and we love them too! This is an amazing age for our children. Not only are they becoming mobile, but they are beginning to develop their very own personality. At Little Ones, we'll use this time to engage them in a wonderful world of playful education. It's time for our little explorers to branch out and have new experiences. They will spend their day advancing their motor skills in fun new ways. Our teachers will also encourage verbal and non-verbal communication by introducing letters and shapes. This is an exciting time for these little ones and through gentle care and engaging play, our staff of experienced teachers will prepare your child for the learning that is ahead of them in our "Pre-K" program.

Our Preschool program is a careful balance of learning and play. We've aligned our program with the expectations of the surrounding grade schools in order to position your child for a successful start to their first year at grade school. Your child's education will include exposure to basic math and troubleshooting skills as well as common self help skills such as putting on their own coats, using zippers, and cleaning up after themselves. Expression is extremely important at this age and our staff is trained to encourage your child to be unique and confident!
