Acorn Learning Center

Acorn Learning Center opens at 7:30am Monday- Friday. Children are provided with a morning and afternoon snack. Parents/guardians provide lunch. We have a microwave available for any child who might like a warmed up meal (like last night’s leftovers!). Children play independently upon arrival before transitioning into morning snack and Circle Time. Each classroom engages children with learning songs, daily weather reports, stories and discussions about the current monthly theme. Weather permitting children will spend time outside in the morning and early afternoon. The Center has a large play area equipped with tricycles, swings, chalk, water, leaves or snow play and more. All toys, games and manipulatives in the center help children with problem solving, fine/gross motor skills, socialization and more (all disguised as F-U-N!)
