This little toolbox is a great project for kids to learn more about woodworking. With the help of a parent, students in this class will be introduced to basic skills essential to working safely with hand tools, and will leave with a handy tote for their own set of tools.

This workshop is a great opportunity for young builders (7-9 yrs) to learn more about woodworking. Students in this class will be introduced to basic woodworking skills and will learn to work safely with simple tools.


Young Builders (Candy Dispenser) 7 - 9yrs

Learn more about basic woodworking tools and techniques in this class for beginners.

In this course you will develop your woodworking skills, gain practical experience with basic tools, and learn how to use them safely. Additionally, you will build a sturdy workbench that will provide a solid work surface for building future projects.

He was very clear in his directions and maintained a good pace for all of our ability levels (the class moved quickly for the skilled and slowly enough for the less skilled).
I am more knowledgeable about many tools, and I enjoy observing some of his more difficult projects while I'm in the shop.
Coming back for more difficult assignments is something I'm looking forward to.
