Our experienced staff is here to help players of all ages and skill levels improve their game, get recruited, and build their lacrosse skills. At HGR, we believe that lacrosse is a great way to build character and teamwork. That’s why we offer our unique player development programs, which focus on helping athletes develop the skills and understanding they need to achieve success on and off the field. Our knowledgeable staff is dedicated to providing the best possible guidance and instruction to help young players reach their full potential. We also offer specialized recruiting guidance to help players find the right college program.

Skills and Scrimmages for Boys and Girls

These clinics are designed to push you to the next level of your game regardless of your skill level. Whether you’re the stud on your high school team or a kindergartner just picking up the game our staff are experts at adapting to any skill level and able to handle multiple skill levels at the same time. Our drills are designed to push the individual at their own rate and are not dependent on the skill of the group.

Roots

ROOTS is designed to introduce young, active, blossoming athletes to the sports world. Specifically, the HGR sports world which focuses on balance. Coach Niki will use a variety of sports as a vehicle for both physical development as well as social and emotional development. The focus will be on fun, fitness, and discovery in a safe and friendly environment. We are currently enrolling for our Seeds and Sprouts classes, but be sure to check back frequently as more programming will be added throughout the fall and winter months.
