Muay Thai
Muay Thai offers elite conditioning for fighters and non-fighters of all ages and experience levels. It’s known as “King of the Ring” in kickboxing circles and the “Art of Eight Limbs,” because of its use of punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. Our Worcester training develops power, speed and cardiovascular endurance, as well as a fighting spirit.
