Improv Mini 7 -9
Improv skills can be used to make better performers, as well as to develop life- tools that can be used day-to-day at school, with friends, and in most social situations.
Improv teaches an actor to take risks, be creative, and work well with others. Each week, students will learn through a variety of Improv games and exercises.
They will work as a team to develop an original Improv show to be performed on the last class. This class is perfect for actors looking to enhance their ability to think on their feet, play off of other actors, and develop their comedy performance. It is also a great introduction into the fun of acting for those students who have not performed before or are hesitant to put themselves in front of an audience. This Improv class will be a supportive environment where students will make new friends, build leadership and team working skills, and be taught to step outside their comfort zones.
