Interstate is an educational gym designed for both recreational and competitive gymnasts and dancers. Our class gymnastics program is designed for the Preschool/Beginner to the advanced gymnast and we also offer a competitive program by invitation only.
Mom and Tot program for 1-2 yr olds. Your child will learn and grow a great deal ~~mentally, socially, physically, and emotionally in this program while exploring and testing the environment to determine how things work. Our dance program is designed for preschool to teens; for the recreational to the more serious dance student. We offer classes in tap, ballet, and jazz.
Additionally, we host birthday parties!

Programs
TOTS WITHOUT TEARS
Our Tots Without Tears program is geared toward teaching 2 1/2 – 3 1/2 year old boys and girls independence. This is a fun way for your little one to begin taking instruction from another adult. Our patient instructors will help foster the development of persistence, cooperation and rule-following.
GYMNASTICS
INTERSTATE is an educational gym for both recreational and competitive gymnasts. Our Class Program is designed for the Pre-School/Beginner to the Advanced gymnast, while our Competitive Program is part of USA Gymnastics, and by invitation only.
DANCE
We offer a structured program geared towards the recreational student as well as the more serious student who is interested in a career in dance and theatre. Students start at an appropriate level and advance on an individual basis according to their own achievements. This is all made possible in a professional atmosphere that is conducive to both discipline and individual development: proper training technique, art, expression, confidence, and a love of dance are instilled.
