At Inspiring the Child in Groton MA, we offer creative arts and movement classes for school-age children. Our classes and workshops are offered after school and on the weekends, providing an array of activities such as drawing, painting, cardboard, imagination, and yoga. With these activities, we hope to inspire children and adults alike to explore their own creativity and express themselves.
Our goal is to provide a stimulating and encouraging environment for children where they can learn and grow. We believe in cultivating children’s talents and helping them to become confident in themselves and their abilities. We want all participants to feel welcome and inspired to use their own strengths to create something unique and special.
Feel Good Fridays are about sharing kindness. Our main projects at the moment are a quilt and some tied fleece blankets that will be donated to a local charity when finished. Each session we will spend some time on those projects by decorating quilt squares, cutting fabric out, tying knots, or sewing by hand or machine with Miss Liz.
