At Greenfield Tae Kwon Do, Inc. we teach a system of unarmed self-defense that has been around for over two thousand years. It originated in China and has been refined in both Japan and Korea. Our facility follows national training guidelines for physical conditioning and self-defense. We accept students as young as six years old and there is no upper age limit. Our classes are organized by age and gender, and students are separated only by rank.
