Since its founding in 1913, the Guild of St. Agnes has been committed to providing quality, affordable child care and early education for children from 4 weeks to age 12. With 8 child care sites, 130 licensed family homes, and 11 school age programs, the Guild serves over 1,600 children across Central Massachusetts. At the Guild of St. Agnes, we strive to meet the needs of families by providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for their children. We are dedicated to helping children reach their full potential and become confident, life-long learners.
