About Camp Haiastan

Welcome to AYF Camp Haiastan! Established in 1951, this residential summer camp is the first Armenian camp in America! We are proud to offer a safe and healthy environment for Armenian-American youth to foster their identity and form strong bonds with one another. Located in Franklin, Massachusetts, AYF Camp Haiastan is situated on a beautiful 100-acre expanse of woodland, facing the stunning Uncas Pond. Our campers can partake in a wide variety of outdoor activities, such as swimming, athletics, hiking, ropes course, and boating, as well as Armenian cultural and educational programs. At AYF Camp Haiastan, our mission is to help Armenian-American youth create lifelong friendships and strengthen their connection to their heritage. We look forward to having you join us and experience all that our camp has to offer!

OVERNIGHT CAMP
AYF Camp Haiastan offers campers a unique overnight summer camp experience for ages 8-16. Camp is divided into multiple sessions based on age and preference for length of stay. Choose the session that best suits your camper below!

DAY CAMP
Day camp is the perfect opportunity to experience the best of what AYF Camp Haiastan has to offer without the hassle of packing. Our day camp program fully engages campers’ imagination, encouraging them to explore, learn, and grow in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Day camp is a great primer for children ages 5 to 7 years old to help prepare them for the overnight camping experience.
