Restorative Yoga/Yoga Nidra

Great for those suffering from anxiety, fatigue, living with illness, or, for those who simply need to de-stress. This class begins with a guided breathwork and meditation. Students will explore restorative yoga poses, poses which are held for longer periods of time by supporting the physical body with yoga props (bolsters, blankets, and blocks), this helps sustain the pose in such a way that the relaxation response is deepened and the body feels rejuvenated.
