BeAKid
Circus Explorers (Ages 2-3)
Start your child on the path to fun and adventure with Circus Explorers! This youth circus class allows parents and tots to explore circus together in a safe and fun environment. Class primarily focuses on circus play through the use of aerials, juggling equipment, balancing skills, games and partner acrobatics to help parents and children make meaningful connections while increasing basic motor and communication skills. A basic class consists of an obstacle course warm up, skill/game development and aerial exploration at the end. Parents are required to join in on the class and work with their child to ensure a fun and engaging experience for their toddler. Topics covered in class include beginning partner acrobatics, tightwire, rolla bola, rolling globe, large object juggling, scarves, fabric play, introduction to tumbling skills, games, trapeze and more!

Adventures in Circus (Ages 4-6)
Our Adventures in Circus classes focus on skill building, classroom etiquette, and fun for ages 4-6. Students will learn what it means to work together with others, follow directions in class, and work safely on circus equipment. The class will be split between learning circus skills and games/open play with circus equipment. Students will be challenged as they work on beginning circus vocabulary, do obstacle courses, and play games to encourage creative expression and cooperation. Each class includes an obstacle course warm up, ground skill focus, aerial focus, games, and closing circle. Adventures in Circus alternates weekly between aerial fabric and trapeze. We also focus on weekly ground activities that can include tightwire, tumbling, juggling, balancing objects and mini trampoline, depending on the session.

Youth Circus 101 (Ages 7-12)
Our introductory circus classes are the perfect way to start your journey to the big top. Each class consists of a group circle, warm-up, ground focus skill building, aerial focus skill building, and cool down. Instructors will work with students on completing the 101 requirements for trapeze and fabric, along with other skills that might include juggling, acrobatics, human pyramids, strength, and flexibility. Instructors choose the ground focus at the beginning of the class since there is too much in circus to cover in just one session!
