Our Junior Martial Arts class will teach students the fundamentals of Mixed Martial Arts through techniques from self-defense, wrestling, submission grappling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, boxing, kickboxing, and karate. Students will also work through a unique variety of fun movement, jumping, and coordination drills designed to make them better athletes for mixed martial arts, other sports or to improve general physical health and confidence.

Understanding how to train properly will keep students safe and training for a long time. This class is good for students looking for self-defense, functional strength, and stress relief.

Fundamentals of Submission Grappling
Combining wrestling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, the fundamentals of submission grappling class (also known as no gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu) will build a foundation of basic moves and drills to prepare the student to move on to more advanced live grappling.
