. At Gurukul Learning Center, we understand the importance of providing quality care and education for young children. Our center has been certified by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care, recognizing our commitment to providing excellent early learning opportunities for children. At Gurukul, children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age can find the perfect learning environment. Our Infant, Toddler, PreSchool, and Pre-K daycare programs offer a variety of activities and educational experiences to help children grow and develop. Our well-trained and caring staff provide a nurturing and enriching environment for young learners. Parents can rest assured that their children are in good hands at Gurukul Learning Center. Our certified staff is dedicated to providing a safe and positive learning environment for children of all ages. Infants

Our infant program is designed to meet the basic physical needs of each child by providing a nurturing environment where each child’s schedule is based off of the plan provided by the parents. After meeting the physical needs of food, diapering, and resting, children are exposed to music and movement activities and early literacy experiences that will stimulate the child’s brain and body to help them reach those significant early learning milestones. Teachers provide music, rhymes, books, art, and sensory experiences that guide the child to explore their world and help them become ready to grow and learn.

Toddlers

Toddlers are exploring their environment and becoming more independent both in language and physical skills. These skills will be enhanced by our toddler teachers who will guide the curriculum based on the interests and skill levels of the children in the classroom. Activities in dance, yoga, music, language, math and science will be introduced to stimulate the milestone being met at this age (15 months-2.9 years).

Preschool

During the preschool years, children are given more varied opportunities for self-reliance and problem-solving skills. Teachers here will continue to provide educational activities by breaking groups into centers that the children will be able to choose from and assist in guiding their own learning. The teachers provide varied activities to stimulate communication, problem-solving, dramatic play, art, math, science, writing, and social skills through our “Bucket Filler” program. Through these centers, children have an opportunity to learn at their pace, work in small groups or large groups and explore their capabilities through a number of play experiences

Pre-Kindergarten

Our Pre-K program is designed to best assist the children be ready to enter kindergarten and continue to have success in school by developing a love of learning.
