Are you looking for a fun, active way to get your kids involved in a sport? BUDA may be just what you’re looking for! BUDA offers social, supportive and active ultimate frisbee leagues throughout Greater Boston, for over 5,000 players throughout the year. Led by an experienced Board of Directors with extensive experience in organizing Ultimate Frisbee events, BUDA provides a unique opportunity for young people to learn the benefits and joys of this awesome sport. Plus, each league and event is overseen by its own volunteer committee, ensuring that everyone gets the best possible experience.

U8-U14 Programs

BUDA youth programs are structured, coached programs that emphasize learning skills and strategy, playing games and scrimmages, having fun, and learning how to be great teammates. Our coaches believe strongly in the sense of community and fair play that runs in the Ultimate Frisbee community, and we hope that as your youngster plays with us that they will too.

U17 Program

Our U17 & U20 programs are designed for high school age players who want to improve their frisbee skills while making new friends. Coaches will lead players in drills, games, and activities that prioritize throwing, catching, running, tactics, strategy, and respect for the game and their teammates and opposition.
