At Cultivate Care Farms, we understand the need for accessible and effective mental health care for children and adolescents. We believe that Farm-Based Therapy has immense potential to provide the necessary tools to foster personal growth and development. Individual Farm-Based Therapy
Cultivate Care Farms offers therapy services for individuals at our serene farmhouse in Bolton, Massachusetts. Farm-based therapy involves a licensed clinician that works alongside a client on our grounds. Some clients might spend more time outdoors collecting chicken eggs or feeding the animals—while others might find more benefit in creating art of their favorite animals or helping us grow and harvest vegetables. We currently serve youth, preteen, and teen individuals.

Preteen Group
You've heard about our popular Teen Group, but what about younger kids wishing to attend? Introducing their own safe space, Pre-Teen Group! This session is geared specifically for those in grades 6 through 8. We'll do art work or hang with the animals in a supportive atmosphere.

Teen Group
This is a drop-in group for 14-18 year olds looking for support in caring for their mental health and finding and maintaining healthy relationships with their peers.
