About Childrens Horizons in Bolton, MA
Children's Horizons Preschool is a beloved fixture in the Stow and Bolton communities. Founded by Audrey Davidson in 1987, this preschool has grown into an established resource for families in the area. In 1989, a second site was added at the First Parish Church on Main Street in Bolton. After Audrey retired in 2017, Karen Sawisch took over the operation, and continues to serve families in Stow, Bolton, and surrounding communities.

BeAKid
Three year old program
preschool is your child’s first time away from home. They will learn how to separate from their parents and transition into their school day, exploring the new world around them. We will facilitate the development of their social skills through play and discovery. They will build self-esteem and their relationships with other children and adults in a safe and supportive environment.

four-five year (Pre-K) program
This year we concentrate on building on a child’s early skills to prepare them for their entrance into elementary school. They will further develop language learning (writing and pre-reading), problem solving, and analytical skills through individual, small group and large group activities. At this level the child is able to expand his/her creativity with the arts through plays and through a deeper appreciation of literature and art. Children are encouraged to express their own ideas and use their imaginations.
