Swift Nature Camp is the perfect place for your child to spend their summer! Our overnight camp for boys and girls ages 6-15 is located in beautiful Wisconsin. We offer a unique blend of traditional summer camp activities and environmental education to help kids increase their appreciation for nature, science, and the environment. Barbara has extensive literacy skills in early childhood education, and Susan is an accomplished literacy teacher with experience in upper elementary grades. With years of experience teaching elementary aged students, these four educators are ready to customize a program to fit the needs of each individual child. If parents would like their child to be paired or in small groups, they can communicate that preference to the teachers. The Salem YMCA was the founding YMCA, with a history dating back to the 1850s. Over the last 15 years, the Beverly Regional YMCA, Cape Ann YMCA, Salem YMCA, Marblehead/Swampscott YMCAs, Reading YMCA, and Wakefield YMCA have all joined together to create the YMCA of the North Shore.
