About BEST Choice Karate

For 15 years, Karate instructor Tony has been teaching 9 different styles of martial arts, including Advanced Karate, White Crane Kung Fu, Ninjutsu, Dim Mak, Aikido/Aikido-Jujitsu, Jeet Kune Do AKA (The Art of the Invisible Fist) Bruce Lee, and three styles of Tai Chi: Dragon Tai Chi, Ying/Yang Tai Chi, and Whushu Tai Chi. Through martial arts, Tony has been able to benefit from improved athleticism, leadership, and awareness skills, as well as better responsibility, discipline and more. He is proud to have been teaching these various martial arts for the past 15 years.
