Welcome to Elite Core Gymnastics! Here, the family-run business focuses on teaching children positive lifelong skills through hard work, motivation, and, of course, fun! Founded by a family of sisters with a passion for gymnastics, Elite Core Gymnastics is devoted to creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere for the children in their care. The sisters draw on the core principles of trust, respect, and discipline learned from their mother, a gymnast and coach. These principles are key to helping children develop their skills and reach their goals. At Elite Core Gymnastics, the emphasis is on teaching children how to work hard and stay motivated, while also having fun along the way. The family-run business is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive atmosphere for all of their students as they work towards achieving their goals.

Preschool Gymnastics

At Elite Core Gymnastics we focus on teaching children positive lifelong skills achieved through hard work, motivation, and of course, fun! Our preschool gymnastics program includes both our Parent Tot and Kindergym classes. For 18 months to 3 years, this is a parent-participation class to help introduce the fundamentals of gymnastics while building the parent/child bond. This class develops large motor skills, fine motor skills, and social behavior, and includes group activity as well as individual skill development. This is a 45-minute class full of nonstop movement and excitement!

Recreational Gymnastics Classes

At Elite Core Gymnastics we focus on teaching children positive lifelong skills achieved through hard work, motivation, and of course, fun! Ages 5 and up. This introductory class to recreational girls' gymnastics introduces the basic skills of bars, beams, and tumbling while increasing strength and flexibility. Learning body positions, a cartwheel, a pullover on the bars, and balancing on the beam, are just a few skills that will be introduced.

Gymnastics & Cheer Tumbling Classes

At Elite Core Gymnastics we focus on teaching children positive lifelong skills achieved through hard work, motivation, and of course, fun! This class focuses on beginners' gymnastics skills performed on the floor exercise. The skill focus is handstands, cartwheels, back-bends, back walkovers, and handstand forward rolls. This class is for the child who wants to build strength and coordination using spotting and self-help stations, tumble track, and trampoline.
