    Swim Lessons

    Swim lessons set a positive foundation towards a lifetime of participation and enjoyment in a variety of water sports and aquatic venues on, in and around the water.

    Junior Lifeguard Camp

    A lifeguard is an experienced swimmer that is trained in life-saving techniques. Focusing on teamwork and leadership, campers will learn to use rescue tubes, jump into the pool like a lifeguard and how to react in emergency situations. Skills include water rescues, spinal extrications, CPR and basic first aid. Prerequisites: swim 50 yards using front crawl or breaststroke without resting, surface dive to retrieve a 10-lb. brick from a depth of 4 ft., and swim underwater 10 ft.

    Diving

    Learn a variety of dives and improve diving techniques in a safe and relaxed environment. Beginners will learn the approach and hurdle, front dives, back dives, safety and etiquette. Intermediate divers will become more comfortable on the diving board and expand skills with forward and backward dives. Advanced divers will learn twists, inward dives and reverse techniques. The coaching staff will divide participants based on age and ability.
