Fit 4 Kids™ was created to address this issue and get the kids of today off the couch and into physical activity.

For over 15 years, Fit 4 Kids™ has been dedicated to providing quality physical activity and sports programs for kids of all ages. From our Fit 4 Kids™ program, designed to get kids ages 4-14 moving and active, to our Elite program for kids ages 10-18, Fit 4 Kids™ is committed to getting kids off the couch and into physical activity. Our programs are designed to accommodate all levels of skill and experience, from beginners to advanced athletes, and are focused on the overall development and well-being of each child. 

At Fit 4 Kids™, we believe that physical activity and sports are an essential part of a child’s development. We strive to provide a safe and fun environment for kids to learn, grow, and become more physically active. Our programs are designed to get kids off the couch and into physical activity, while also teaching them the importance of exercise, teamwork, and sportsmanship. We focus on the overall development and well-being of each child, and strive to give them the tools they need to lead healthy and active lives.

We get kids moving and show them that fitness can be fun!!! Forget push-ups and sit-ups, we play fun games like noodle tag, mousetrap, gladiator and much more. Balls, hula hoops, jump ropes, parachutes and more will help guide us through our activities. The hour long program will not only give kids a great workout, but will also let them have fun while learing something at the same time.

 Kids Fitness Program

 A version of the original Fit 4 Kids™ program designed just for pre-schoolers!! The little ones have a blast in this active class. We will be playing many types of games, yoga, sports, obstacle courses and much more. Not only do they have a great time, but they will be enhancing their coordination and social skills. To reward them for all their hard work we have sticker time at the end of each class!!!

Pre-Fit

 Celebrate your birthday with Fit 4 Kids™! An hour of fun games an activities that every kid at the party will be able to take part in. Pick a theme; gym games, football, dodgeball or floor hockey and we will do the rest.

My kid adored Fit 4 Kids so much! She constantly needs to say that she sees her camp as we drive by the school. When it's camp day, she gets enthusiastic, and when it's not, she even gets sad. Our counselor Emily and coach Steve were outstanding. The kid's activities were interesting and a lot of fun. My daughter loved attending even more since the kids got stickers and awards!

My kid recently concluded his second summer at this camp, and he is already wondering when he can return. This camp is run admirably by Coach  and his staff. Coach  is really proud of his camp, and it is obvious. I appreciate another wonderful summer! Till the summer of '23!
