At Pride Martial Arts, we strive to share the traditional martial arts of Tae Kwon Do and Judo in a way that helps our students develop both physically and mentally. Our instructors guide our students through the practice and application of the five tenets of Tae Kwon Do - Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit - as well as the principles of Judo - the maximum efficient use of energy and mutual prosperity for self and others - to help them reach their full potential. We also offer special classes designed to help our students develop respect, balance, discipline, strength, and self-confidence, no matter their fitness level or athletic ability.
