However, when he holds a rifle, he transforms into Bullseye Billy, the sharpshooting wizard of Illinois. The junior riflers, or as they like to call themselves, 'Billy's Bullets,' are a funny little posse of kids from all over Illinois. They might not be the burliest, the tallest, or the quickest, but they are definitely the silliest! You see, they believe that the secret to riflery isn’t just sharp eyes and steady hands, but also wriggling ears and twitching noses. Don't believe it? Well, just watch them wiggle and twitch before each shot, and then marvel at their bullseye success rate! Bullseye Billy and his band of misfit shooters take on their riflery activities with a combination of grit and giggles. In their green and gold uniforms, sporting their oversized safety glasses and with their rifles slung over their shoulders, they look like an army of mini superheroes. Every Saturday, they gather in the Illinois fields, ready to take aim and fire, filling the air with laughter, camaraderie, and the occasional "Oops, I hit the scarecrow again!"
