Programs at Corkscrew Gymnastics and Sports Academy in McHenry, IL
BeAKid
Parent & Tot (1-2 yrs)
This 45 minute class is designed to enhance your child’s motor, listening, and social skills through fun gymnastics oriented activities (an adult is required to actively participate with their child). This class is offered to children ages 1 to 2 years and runs 1x per week for 45 minutes.
BeAKid
Mighty-Twisters (3 yrs – 4 yrs)
This class is the introduction to basic gymnastics skill. Activities include tumbling, low bar, floor beam, and motor skills. Children will need to be potty trained for this class. This class runs 1x per week for 55 mins.
BeAKid
Beginning Gymnastics (5+ yrs)
This class is for girls and boys who are either beginners ages of 5 and up or students who may have progressed up from our Pre-School or Tumbling Classes. Beginner classes help build strength and power on floor, balance on the beam, speed on vault, and coordination on bars. Also included is time on the TumblTrak, a long trampoline that provides all the benefits of tumbling with less wear and tear on joints. This class runs 1x per week for 60 minutes.
