That's why we offer Tae Kwon Do and Hap Ki Do classes for children ages three and up, as well as teens and adults. For a limited time, new members can take advantage of one free month of classes.

Looking for something special to do for your child's birthday? T-USA Martial Arts can host birthday parties upon request. We have a second location in Palos Heights, making it easy for you to schedule a memorable event for your little one.

The time program is for a beginner or for a woman who is returning to an exercise routine and looking for something new and exciting. This Class incorporates the fundamental skills of martial arts, kicking technique, strikes, punches, and blocking in a cardiovascular format. The class will also have elements of strength and conditioning, flexibility, and applied self-defense techniques.
