Mel R10/10/20225Even though I've only known Sarah Gasse for three years, I've already seen how kind, entertaining, and motivational a teacher she is. My learning experience has been enhanced by the way in which she has tailored her teaching approach to suit my preferences and needs. Additionally, I had the chance to perform in a string quartet with Daniel Gasse, which was also a wonderful experience. Daniel and Sarah, if you are reading this, please know that I appreciate everything you've done for me.
Dana T10/17/20225Dr. Daniel Gasse has been teaching my daughter cello for a number of years. He is a patient educator who genuinely cares about his pupils. My kid adores him and eagerly anticipates her weekly lessons! More people like Dr. Gasse would make the world a much better place!!
Melly O11/14/20225The Gasse School of Music has been teaching our four kids music lessons for seven years. Our family has really enjoyed the professors' professional, yet personable, teaching style. Our kids' desire to play better is stimulated by Dr. Daniel Gasse and Sarah Gasse. Additionally, they pushed our kids to play chamber music at a young age, which has considerably improved their playing abilities. The supportive learning atmosphere at the Gasse School is to thank for the fact that none of our kids have ever expressed a desire to stop playing an instrument. We are grateful that the Gasse School exists to support the musical abilities of our kids.
Eve Y10/02/20225There is no need for creative ingenuity to convey how much you have aided my playing. In fact, I believe it's appropriate that the Symphony of Oak Park is our first orchestra together since when we first started working together, I stated that my top priority was to play orchestral repertoire at a high level, and that's exactly what we're doing right now. That, in my opinion, is evidence of how you instruct while keeping each student's objectives in mind as well as your steadfast belief in imparting the fundamentals of cello playing and musicianship.
Ken P08/22/20225Cello and chamber music were two of Daniel Gasse's subjects at the Suzuki-Orff School for Young Musicians. He brought to our curriculum a beautiful synthesis of skilled instrumental technique and musicality, along with understanding and consideration for his pupils. Daniel usually had a smile on his face, and his excitement and energy fostered a delightful learning environment. Daniel is a gifted musician as well as a committed educator.
