DuBois Center, a United Church of Christ camp in rural Illinois, is the perfect place for your group to experience nature and create memories that will last a lifetime. Our facilities are available to serve a variety of needs, whether your group is looking for a more rustic experience, something that feels like home, or something in between. We believe in the value of all of God's people, and do not discriminate on the basis of race, ability, national origin, religious background, sexual orientation, or gender identity. We strive to accommodate those with a variety of physical, mental, emotional, medical, or dietary needs to the best of our ability. With our wide range of offerings, DuBois Center is the ideal spot for your next group adventure!
In the Summer of 2023, we’ll be offering a variety of residential summer camp sessions for campers age 5-18. We’ve enjoyed improving and strengthening our program, staff and facility and are excited to welcome you back, or for the first time!
DuBois Center summer camp sessions offer campfires, crafts, waterfront time, and more. Many of our camp sessions have themes – if your talents and interests lie with sports, swimming, horses, science, art, or “a little of everything” – we have a session for you!

Equestrian Program
DuBois Center has a long-standing equestrian program. Our goal is to help people of all ages and abilities learn about, and enjoy, nature through horses. Guests can build self-confidence and learn new skills while working with horses.
Our programs run year-round and we welcome all groups: Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, families, churches groups, schools, and more. We provide basic training for riders before going out on the trails. Safety and fun are our priorities.

Rainbow Camp
Rainbow Camp is a day of outdoor fun with water games, canoeing, fishing, horseback riding, archery, crafts, pontoon rides and more. We finish the day with a yummy dinner as the sun sets over the lake.
Rainbow Camp was started for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer students, singles, couples and families. Allies are welcome, too.
