At My Gym, we believe that encouraging children to explore their physical abilities can open up a world of possibilities. We focus on developing motor skills, balance, coordination, agility, flexibility and strength. We also foster social skills, cognitive abilities, and positive self-image. Our experienced instructors thoughtfully plan each class to ensure maximum physical, cognitive, and emotional development for each individual child. With classes designed for kids from newborns to 10 years old, we’re here to provide an amazing experience that children will love.

This stimulating program introduces balancing, tumbling, hanging and agility skills, which helps the children develop a love of physical activity and a sense of pride in their achievements.

At this age, a child's level of independent mobility will typically progress from aggressive crawling to running. Additional fine and gross motor skills developed during this stage include kicking a ball, building a block tower, riding a tricycle, and walking up stairs.

Waddlers   4m - 18m

Designed for children between 6 months and 6-years-old, siblings and friends will enjoy this wonderful program together in the same class.  Emphasis is on teamwork, sharing, taking turns, working both together and independently, and building their relationship.  The older of the two siblings (or friends) has an excellent opportunity to participate within the "big brother" or "big sister" role that they love so much.  Relays, puppets, gymnastics, games, swings and special rides are just a few of the activities performed in each and every class.

The gross motor abilities of early 2-year-olds are often characterized by more confident running and jumping on two feet as well as an overall improved spatial awareness of their bodies. This is the earliest age group with which we work on fine and gross manipulatives in a structured format, as the 2 to 2½-year-old's attention span grows, allowing the child to focus for longer periods of time.

During this engaging class, the youngsters are elated as they sing, dance, swing, play games, watch puppet shows, take turns on special rides, and have "Surprise Time!" Our Gymsters feel great about themselves as they learn gymnastics in a constantly changing program with fresh ingredients and new equipment setups each week.

Gymsters   18m - 2y 6m

My Gym Ninja Training classes are designed to be fun and challenging while remaining safe and noncompetitive. Classes will focus on developing strength, stamina, and agility in relays, conditioning exercises, games, team-building and, of course, obstacle courses that change every week. Kids will be challenged mentally and physically, while instilling a mindset of overcoming adversity both inside and outside of the gym!
